The Orange County Register reports that Laguna Woods Village retirement community residents are being warned about strangers posing as PCM employees. The community administration received multiple calls about people introducing themselves as PCM workers and soliciting services. Normally a PCM employee would only visit a resident for scheduled repairs, maintenance or in case of emergency. The community administration advises residents to check employee photo ID badge before allowing the person to the premises. In case of any doubts the security can be reached at 949-580-1400.
