NH: another state to require photo ID card to vote?

This week New Hampshire House of Representatives will vote on the bill to require producing government issued ID card in order to cast a ballot. House Election Law Committee suggests that a voter without a proper ID card would cast a provisional ballot where proper identification would have to be produced within 3 days from voting. The controversial bill has passed the state Senate with different requirements, some non-government ID cards accepted and taking no ID voter photo.
