## Review your badge proofs before printing

1. You supply the badge design or template.
2. You supply the spreadsheet and employee photos.
3. QuickIDCard prepares the individual badge records.
4. You review digital proofs of each personalized badge.
5. You request corrections if needed.
6. You approve the proofs.
7. Production begins; badges are typically printed the next business day after approval. Shipping time depends on the method chosen at fulfillment.
