## Order status

- **paid** — payment received; in production queue (typically next business day processing)
- **in review** — team reviewing design, artwork, or order details
- **authorization pending** — written authorization needed for government-related wording or seals
- **ready for shipment** — produced and being prepared to ship
- **shipped** — tracking available on Order History (USPS or FedEx when available)
- **order on hold** — paused; contact via [contact](https://www.quickidcard.com/contact.md)
- **refunded** — refund issued

## Guest checkout

Login is not required to design badges or check out. Guest designs can be saved temporarily. Create a free account for permanent storage and easy reorders.

## Reorders

Log in, open the saved template, update photo or name if needed, add to cart. No minimum order.

## FAQ

**Track an order?** Order History at /myorders. Shipped orders show carrier tracking when available.

**What does "in review" mean?** Common for own-artwork orders or orders needing design verification.
