Free spreadsheet and photo batch processing for 25, 50, 100, or more personalized badges using the same template. No setup fee or batch charge. Standard per-badge pricing and volume discounts apply. Digital proofs before print. Next business day processing after proof approval.

## How it works

1. Prepare a template in the online creator (or request design help).
2. Prepare a spreadsheet (one row per badge) plus one photo file per person if the template includes portraits. Sample: https://www.quickidcard.com/qid_sample_datasheet.xlsx
3. Submit an inquiry at https://www.quickidcard.com/id-badges-batch-process
4. Upload files via the method the team emails (no self-serve bulk uploader)
5. Review a digital proof of each badge; approve or request corrections
6. Print and ship after approval

## When to use batch vs. the creator

- 25+ badges, same template, different names/photos → **batch processing** (free)
- Fewer than 25, or each badge designed individually → **online creator**
- Ongoing employee self-service → **HR Portal**
