## Volume discounts (per card)

- 1–4 cards: $11.00 each
- 5–10 cards: $8.99 each
- 11–15 cards: $7.99 each
- 16–20 cards: $6.99 each
- 21–30 cards: $5.99 each
- 31–50 cards: $4.99 each
- 51+ cards: $4.69 each

- Punch slot: $0.40 (40 mil: $0.40; 50 mil: $1.00)
- Reverse side printing: $1.50
- 40 mil thickness: $1.00
