# Return policy

Official return and refund policy.

You can cancel an order anytime **before it starts processing** via the [contact form](https://www.quickidcard.com/contact.md). Once processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

## Returns

Submit a return request via the contact form with your **order number** and why you want to return. After review, QuickIDCard sends an RMA number and return instructions. Request within 180 days of receiving the order.

## What cannot be returned

- Custom-designed or personalized cards (may include private information)
- Custom-branded lanyards

## Defective items

Damaged or defective items (production or shipping) are replaced **free of charge**.
