Print as-is: We do not modify or edit submitted designs. Your artwork will be printed exactly as provided.

Dimensions: Credit card size — 3.375" × 2.125" (CR80) at 300 DPI (1020×640 pixels). Do not round the corners — we do that in production. See our FAQ for full details.

QR codes and barcodes: They should cover at least 25% of the badge, or they may not scan after printing.

Safe area: Keep names, logos, and barcodes away from the edges and the slot area.

Slot punch: Do not include a slot hole in your artwork — it is often in the wrong place. Remove it from your design, then use the preview tool below to see the correct location.

Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, or PDF · For many files, upload one ZIP or other archive (RAR, 7Z, TAR).

Size reference: a CR80 ID badge is the same size as a standard credit card, 3.375 inches wide by 2.125 inches tall, shown next to a US quarter for scale.

How many physical ID badges should we print from your artwork? This is the number of finished cards we will produce and ship—not the number of files you upload. Volume discounts apply automatically.
