Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it starts processing. The easiest way to do this is by filling out the Contact Us form on our website. Once your order has started processing, unfortunately, we can't cancel it.
Returns
Need to return something? No problem! Just fill out the Contact Us form on our site and include your order number plus a quick note about why you'd like to return the item.
Once we review your request, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back. Please make sure to submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
What Can't Be Returned
Some items can't be returned because they're made just for you:
- Custom-designed or personalized cards (they may include private information).
- Custom-branded lanyards.

Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge—whether it happened during production or shipping. We want you to love what you ordered, and we'll make sure you get exactly what you paid for.
