Order status reference
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| paid | Payment received; in production queue (typically next business day processing) |
| in review | Team reviewing design, artwork, or order details |
| authorization pending | Written authorization needed for government-related wording or seals |
| ready for shipment | Produced and being prepared to ship |
| shipped | Order shipped — tracking available on Order History |
| order on hold | Paused — contact support via contact form |
