Quick ID Card made the entire process simple and convenient. The website was easy to use, and I was able to create professional ID cards for our nonprofit team exactly how I wanted them.

RFID Employee ID Badge Printing
QuickIDCard prints employee photo identification on HID ISOProx II RFID proximity cards — photo, name, and organization branding on the same CR80 credential used for many 125 kHz HID proximity readers. This is not a claim that every RFID technology or reader is supported.
The ISOProx II card is ISO 7810 compliant, with a nominal thickness of .030". It has a graphics-quality surface for photo ID printing and is available in standard PVC, or composite polyester/PVC for high-wear environments.
Like all HID ISO cards, the ISOProx II proximity card can be produced with visual security features such as holograms, ultra-violet fluorescent inks, micro-printing, or a custom logo. When customizing cards on re-transfer printers that fuse images with heat and pressure (such as the Fargo HDP5000), composite cards are recommended.
Key features of the ISOProx II proximity card
- Proximity card technology with photo identification on a single card
- Graphics-quality surface for direct-image printers
- Same size and thickness as a standard credit card (CR80, about 3.375 × 2.125 inches, 30 mil)
- Vertical or horizontal slot punch capability
- Lifetime warranty on the HID card stock (as described by HID for this product line)
HID ISOProx II option in the badge designer. One-sided print only.
Supported HID and RFID options
- HID ISOProx II — priced creator option (+$8.00). Photo ID printing on ISOProx II proximity cards supplied as that option. Print is single-sided.
- HID iCLASS — 13.56 MHz iCLASS card printing is offered by contacting sales; it is not a listed creator price. See HID iCLASS.
- NFC — separate Ntag215 NFC ID badges with programmed URLs, contacts, and similar payloads. NFC is not HID proximity.
Card dimensions and default PVC thickness are documented in the ID badge specifications FAQ (CR80, 3.375 × 2.125 inches, 30 mil).
Printing and encoding limitations
- QuickIDCard documents photo ID printing on supported HID card types, not universal RFID manufacturing or access-control system certification.
- HID facility-code encoding, format programming, and reader matching are not documented as a self-serve or guaranteed service. Confirm compatibility with your access-control provider.
- HID ISOProx II badges in the creator are printed on one side only.
- QuickIDCard supplies ISOProx II as a paid badge option. Mailing in customer-owned HID stock for print-only is not a documented standard workflow.
- Not every RFID standard (for example other frequencies or proprietary formats) is offered.
