How batch processing works
- Prepare your template — Design a badge in the online creator, or request design assistance.
- Prepare your data — Spreadsheet with one row per badge (names, titles, departments, etc.) plus one photo file per person if the template includes portraits.
- Submit inquiry — Fill out the form at id-badges-batch-process with quantity, deadline, and badge options.
- Upload files — The team provides a convenient upload method via email. There is no self-serve bulk uploader on the website.
- Review proofs — Approve every badge or request corrections.
- Print and ship — Badges print the next business day after proof approval.
Review your badge proofs before printing
Bulk orders are not sent to production until you approve the digital proofs. Typical sequence:
- You supply the badge design or template.
- You supply the spreadsheet and employee photos.
- QuickIDCard prepares the individual badge records.
- You review digital proofs of each personalized badge.
- You request corrections if anything needs to change.
- You approve the proofs.
- Production begins; badges are typically printed the next business day after approval (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping time depends on the method you choose.
