Batch processing is QuickIDCard's free service for 25 or more personalized ID badges from a single template. Instead of designing each badge one-by-one, provide a spreadsheet and photos — the team builds all badges, sends proofs, and prints after your approval.

How batch processing works
- Prepare your template — Design a badge in the online creator, or request design assistance.
- Prepare your data — Spreadsheet with one row per badge (names, titles, departments, etc.) plus one photo file per person if the template includes portraits.
- Submit inquiry — Fill out the form at id-badges-batch-process with quantity, deadline, and badge options.
- Upload files — The team provides a convenient upload method via email.
- Review proofs — Approve every badge or request corrections.
- Print and ship — Badges print the next business day after approval.
