Online Badge Creator Guide
QuickIDCard's online badge creator is a browser-based design studio where you personalize ID badge templates before ordering printed PVC cards. No software download is required.
Three ways to start
- Pick a template — Browse 200+ premade layouts by category (employee, visitor, school, corporate, and more) at custom-ID-card-templates.
- Design from scratch — Use a blank horizontal or vertical template and add all elements manually.
- Upload your own artwork — Use own-artwork mode with a finished design file. See the own artwork printing guide.
What you can customize
- Employee or visitor photo (upload JPG or PNG)
- Names, titles, departments, ID numbers, and dates
- Company logo and brand colors
- QR codes and barcodes
- Horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait) orientation
Ordering fewer than 25 badges
For small orders, design each badge in the creator. Use Save As to duplicate a template for multiple people with different names and photos. There is no minimum order — order one badge or many.
Ordering 25 or more badges
For larger rollouts with the same template, use free batch processing: provide a spreadsheet and photos, and the QuickIDCard team builds all badges and sends proofs before printing.
